T Mobile Case Study

About: T-Mobile cellular phone service.

Objective: To create product awareness and activation for T-Mobile at
Madison Square Garden Knicks games using trained brand ambassadors to
enhance customers experience and push product activation.

Execution: SHAW PROMOTION staffed, trained, and managed brand ambassadors and field
managers for this four month project at Madison Square Garden. Our T-
Mobile brand ambassadors created awareness by use of product giveaway,
contests, cell phone activations, and product education while working court
side with the New York Knicks.
